Return Policy
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE RETAIN ALL BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS AND DO NOT CLAIM ANY REBATES OR WARRANTIES UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED THAT YOUR AIR MATTRESSES,     and/or AIR PUMPS, and/or ABOVE GROUND POOLS, and/or and/or POOL COVERPOOL ACCESSORY, and/or POOL FLOAT, and/or KIDS PLAYHOUSE, and/or KIDS JUMP-O-LENES, and/or INFLATABLE FURNITURE, and/or RADIO FLYER TOYS, and/or, BOAT TOWABLE, and/or  INFLATABLE WATERCRAFT ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
 
1) RETURNS: Returns of non-defective goods will only be accepted with approval and within 10 days of delivery. DO NOT send merchandise to KayCAir Mattress. Approvals must be requested by e-mail. To obtain the Return Approval, a Return Authorization Number, and the Return Address, email the following information to kaycmarketing@bellsouth.net: Your full name, address, day time phone number, item number, name/description of item, order date, order number, and reason for return. You may call to advise of the return, but you must also send an email so we have written record of your return request. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Additionally, Non-Defective returned items will be charged a 20% warehouse restocking fee. If delivery of an item is refused, and the item is returned to the warehouse, then the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and will be charged a 20% warehouse restocking fee. Please do not use the item until you are sure that you want to keep it, as we cannot accept returns if an item has been used. Returns must be received within 20 calendar days from the date of shipment. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packing intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. Full manufacturer's warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from KayC AirMattress.com. If the product is made by Intex, they supply a full 90 day replacement warranty on all of their products.  The Intex warranty phone number is 1-800-234-6839. If the return period has expired, please contact the manufacture to resolve any problems with your purchase.
 
*NOTE* Return shipments must display the return authorization (RA) number clearly on the shipping carton next to the shipping label. Returns without a properly displayed return authorization (RA) number will be rejected at the warehouse, and proper credits will not be able to be processed.
 
(2) DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Defective Merchandise will be eligible for replacement by the Manufacture if the notification is given within 7 days of receipt. Defective merchandise cannot be returned to KayCAirMattress. Contact the Manufacturer for full replacement of defective merchandise.
 
 
3) WARRANTIES: KayC Airmattress.com warrants it's Air-beds, Pumps, Above Ground Pools, Pool Cover, Pool Accessories, Pool Floats, Kids PlayHouses, Kids Jump-O-Lenes, Inflatable Furniture, Radio Flyer Toys, Boat Towables, and Inflatable WaterCraft to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted by the manufacturer. Full manufacturer's warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from KayC AirMattress.com. If the product is made by Intex, they supply a full 90 day replacement warranty on all of their products.  The Intex warranty phone number is 1-800-234-6839. If the return period has expired, please contact the manufacture to resolve any problems with your purchase.
KayCAirMattress.com is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, or failure to follow instructions.
