If you refuse a pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging we will NOT refund you any of the shipping charges. The delivery company will unload the pool from the truck and you will be responsible for the pool at that point. Most delivery truck drivers will help you move the pool once off the truck however this is at the discretion of the driver and not a guaranteed service so you should make arrangements for help moving the pool package about your property.
