Shipping Instructions: This item must ship via freight truck on a pallet. You must provide a daytime telephone number so the freight company can call to schedule the delivery. You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery. You MUST inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition you must refuse the shipment to the freight driver.  The freight company will unload the pool from the truck, place it in the driveway or garage and you will be responsible for the pool at that point. You should make arrangements for help moving the pool package about your property. Make sure you know that these pool packages are HEAVY!
