How will my air mattress or other product be shipped?
Most orders are shipped F.O.B. Las Vegas, Nevada via UPS, or UPS Freight if the item is rather large and heavy. If UPS damages you product, DO NOT accept the shipment. UPS will file a claim, and when the UPS claim has been processed (which usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks) you will be reinbursed for you purchase. KayCAirMattress is NOT liable for UPS damages.
Does your warehouse ship products 7 days a week?
No! Our warehouse is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is not open on weekends. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday and no products are picked up by UPS on those two days. So if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, or after 4 P.M. on Friday, then the order will not ship until Monday. If Monday is a National Holiday, then the order will not ship until Tuesday, as our warehouse closes for all National Holidays.
How long will it take to receive my air mattress?
UPS Ground usually takes no more than 5-7 business days after you place your order. Please note that UPS offers 2nd day delivery. This is actually two day delivery after the order is picked up. The pick up day does not count, so you actually get the item on the 3rd business day after your order is processed.
Do you ship outside of the Lower 48 United States?
Our specified shipping charges are for locations within the lower 48 United States only. Due to excessive Freight Charges, we DO NOT ship outside of the lower 48 States. Our current carrier Does NOT delivery to Military Bases, so for the current time, We DO NOT ship our products to Military Bases.

What if I need to cancel an order for an air mattress or other product?
Cancellations must occur within one hours of the sale. There is a flat $5.00 charge for all cancellations. Cancellations may not occur once a product has been shipped. If the item has been shipped, please refer to our returns policy.
Does KayC Air Mattress.com have a warranty policy?
Yes, Our air beds and other products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date. For other details, see our Returns Policy page.
