At KayC AirMattress.com, we want your on-line shopping experience to be an enjoyable one, But we know there may be occasions when you will need to CANCEL an order before it ships.
It is a very expensive process to cancel an order once it has been processed, so PLEASE make sure you want the product before you place the order.
The Warehouse that your purchased products are shipped from is an Independent Warehouse that is NOT part of KayCAirMattress.com, so we (and YOU) must adhere to their warehouse policies, which are as follows:
1. All Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of the Order.
2. If an Order is cancelled within one hour after the Order has been received, there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee.
3. Once the Order is over one hour old, the Product is pulled for the warehouse and placed in a staging area for UPS pick-up. If an Order is cancelled AFTER it has been placed in the UPS staging area, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee to Cancel the order.
4. If UPS has picked up the order, the order CANNOT be cancelled. You will need a Return Authorization number issued in order to return the item.
5. If delivery of an item is refused, and the item is returned to the warehouse, then the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and will be charged a 20% warehouse restocking fee.
